Coal mine workers’ uneven master of the vast laws and regulations, directly affect their safety consciousness and behavior in the work. So, from the improving of coal mine workers’ vocational skills and professionals, put forward “One Ventilation and Three Prevention” ubiquitous learning pattern, meshed learning resources, used network to sense and transmit information, through multi-terminal sharing and real-time pushing cooperation, built ubiquitous learning’ dynamic loop framework, designed and developed ubiquitous learning platform, to provide coal mine workers an efficient and convenient way to learn safety technology, making a great significance to improve the workers’ professional skills and to ensure the safety of coal mine production .
