煤矿“一通三防”泛在学习模式的应用研究

Study on Coal Mine “One Ventilation and Three Prevention” Ubiquitous Learning Pattern and Its Application

摘要: 针对煤矿安全技术及法规的繁杂性,在泛在学习新常态下,从提高煤矿职工职业技能和专业素质角度,提出了煤矿“一通三防”泛在学习模式研究。对学习资源进行了网格划分,介绍了煤矿泛在网络结构,设计并研发了泛在学习推送平台。构建了泛在学习的动态循环实现框架,并阐述了平台在黄陵一号煤矿的具体应用过程。结果表明,“一通三防”泛在学习模式为煤矿职工提供了便捷的学习方式,且具有普遍适用性。

Abstract: In the coal mine safety production, “One Ventilation and Three Prevention” work is especially important. Coal mine workers’ uneven master of the vast laws and regulations, directly affect their safety consciousness and behavior in the work. So, from the improving of coal mine workers’ vocational skills and professionals, put forward “One Ventilation and Three Prevention” ubiquitous learning pattern, meshed learning resources, used network to sense and transmit information, through multi-terminal sharing and real-time pushing cooperation, built ubiquitous learning’ dynamic loop framework, designed and developed ubiquitous learning platform, to provide coal mine workers an efficient and convenient way to learn safety technology, making a great significance to improve the workers’ professional skills and to ensure the safety of coal mine production .
